DreamSTR is an AI-powered platform that provides short-term rental property design recommendations, market analysis, AI-generated redesign visualizations, and shoppable bills of materials. The Service uses artificial intelligence and third-party data sources to generate suggestions and imagery.
By signing into the Service using Google authentication, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the Service constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms.
You may browse the Service without an account. Certain features — including saving properties, generating bills of materials, and accessing your dashboard — require signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and non-user-generated content, is owned by DreamSTR and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without written permission.
You retain ownership of photos you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant DreamSTR a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. You may delete your content at any time by contacting us.
Redesign images, analyses, and bills of materials generated by the Service are provided for your personal and commercial use in connection with your properties. You may use these outputs to guide your design decisions. You may not resell the outputs as a standalone product or service.
DreamSTR offers free and paid tiers (Pro and Pro+). We reserve the right to introduce, modify, or discontinue pricing plans at any time. If you are on a paid plan, you will be notified in advance of any price changes. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features through the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual). No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period. Upgrades between tiers are prorated — you only pay the difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamSTR and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

We disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
