DreamSTR ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website at www.dreamstr.ai (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.
When you sign in with Google, we receive and store your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account. We use this to create your DreamSTR account and display your identity within the app. We do not access your Google contacts, calendar, or any other Google services.
When you use our design tools, you may upload property photos and provide location information. Photos you upload are stored securely and associated with your account. Location data is used to fetch market analytics for your area.
We collect standard web analytics data including pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns. This helps us improve the Service.
We use the following third-party services to power the platform:
Used for authentication. We receive your name, email, and profile photo. We do not request access to any other Google services or data.
Property photos you upload are sent to Google Gemini to generate redesign renderings and mood boards. Images are processed in real-time and are not stored by Google beyond the API request.
Property photos are analyzed by Anthropic Claude to generate property assessments, design recommendations, and bills of materials. Data is processed per-request and not retained by Anthropic.
Location information you provide is sent to AirROI to retrieve short-term rental market analytics, including pricing, occupancy rates, and competitive data. No personal information is shared with AirROI.
The Service is hosted on Vercel. Your account data is stored in Vercel Postgres, and uploaded/generated images are stored in Vercel Blob Storage. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
We use minimal cookies and local storage. A session cookie is used to maintain your authenticated session. We store your theme preference (light/dark mode) in your browser's localStorage. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
Your account data, property information, and generated designs are retained as long as your account is active. Market data is cached temporarily to improve performance. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication via OAuth 2.0, and encrypted database storage. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

The Service is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it.
